1. Digital Products
This includes digital products such as ebooks, guides, journals, printable artwork, and other downloadable PDF or digital files.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. You will receive access to download your purchase immediately or via the email address provided during checkout.
No physical item will be shipped.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered.
Technical Issues
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please email karaolsonart.contact@gmail.com and I'll gladly help you receive the files you purchased.
Personal Use License
Your purchase is for personal use only.
You may:
Download the files for your own use.
Print personal copies where applicable.
Use the material for your own learning and creative practice.
You may not:
Share the files with others.
Upload them to websites, cloud storage for public access, social media, or file-sharing platforms.
Resell, reproduce, redistribute, copy, modify, or commercially use any portion of the content without written permission.
Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal license to use the material—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
2. Physical Products
Original Artwork
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by Kara Olson. Product listings include descriptions, dimensions, and materials whenever applicable.
Fine Art Prints
Prints are professionally produced Giclée reproductions fulfilled by The Print Space.
Apparel & Accessories
Apparel and accessories are printed and fulfilled through Printify.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
Payment is due in full at checkout.
Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated where required.
4. Shipping
Original Artwork
Original artwork is shipped directly by the artist.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Prints & Merchandise
Prints, apparel, and accessories are fulfilled by third-party production partners. Delivery times vary depending on destination and production schedules.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Physical Products
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact karaolsonart.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the item
A brief description of the issue
Approved replacements will be provided when appropriate.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, writing, illustrations, photographs, designs, ebooks, digital downloads, and other content on this website remain the intellectual property of Kara Olson unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing any product does not transfer copyright ownership.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Future Coaching or 1:1 Sessions
If coaching, mentoring, or one-on-one creative sessions are offered in the future, separate booking terms may apply and will be provided at the time of booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
All products and educational materials are provided for informational and personal development purposes only.
While every effort is made to provide accurate, thoughtful, and helpful content, no specific artistic, financial, personal, or business results are guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kara Olson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any products purchased through this website.
