I am an artist, a writer, and a believer in everyday magic. But creating didn’t always feel easy for me. For a long time, I was a creative perfectionist caught up in overthinking.

My entire relationship with creativity shifted when I stopped painting with a rigid plan and started practicing intuitive art making. By letting go of what the final artwork should look like, I learned how to slow down, feel my feelings through artistic mediums, and build a deep sense of self-trust. I started returning to how it felt to create as a child.

I made this sunlit studio to serve as a doorway for you to experience the same freedom—having a space where you can get curious, play, and witness beauty completely without judgement.

  • Connection Changes Everything: The more deeply we connect with ourselves, each other, and the Earth, the better our world becomes.

  • Art is for Everyone: However your creativity manifests is entirely enough. You don’t need a fancy art degree to create.

The Art, the Process, & the Intention

  • I practice intuitive art making. Instead of starting with a rigid plan or forcing a specific outcome, I choose a color, make a mark, and allow my hands to follow my instincts. It is a process of letting go of perfectionism and trusting what happens on the page.

    Every single artwork is drawn and painted entirely by me, without the use of artificial intelligence.

  • While in graduate school for art therapy, i realized something essential: I had lost the simple joy of creating from the heart. I had become a perfectionist who was overly critical of every piece.

    Through intuitive art making, I learned how to step away from perfecting the final result and start honoring the actual process of playing, exploring, and getting curious. It completely changed my life. Returning to this un-judged way of creating allowed me to regain self-trust, freedom, and a sense of wonder. I wanted to build this studio so I could share that exact feeling of creative freedom with you.

  • To serve as a gentle doorway back to your own light. My hope is that when you hang a colorful piece in your home or read my poetry, you feel a quiet reminder to slow down, breathe, and quiet your inner critic. It is an invitation to stay curious and notice the beauty around you and within you.
